Our verdict

Accelirate described itself in 2021 as the largest pure-play RPA services provider in the US, and it now reports more than 3,200 automations delivered, a UiPath Diamond partnership, and a 24/7 operations center that runs bots after go-live. It suits a large company that already uses UiPath or Salesforce and wants a partner to add AI agents and keep them running, and it is less suited to a buyer who wants custom AI built outside those platforms.

The right buyer

  • Enterprises with an existing UiPath program. It is a UiPath National Diamond and Strategic Network Partner with 300+ certified professionals and 100+ shared clients (Accelirate).
  • Salesforce customers adding Agentforce agents. It is a Salesforce Summit Partner and offers a five-week Agentforce build program (Accelirate).
  • Teams that want automations monitored and fixed after launch. Its AcceliOps managed service runs 24/7 monitoring and support (Accelirate).

Reasons to look elsewhere

  • Its work centers on UiPath and Salesforce, so a buyer who wants a platform-neutral AI build team should compare other firms.
  • Much of its delivery runs from Colombia and India, so a buyer who needs an all-onshore team should ask about staffing.

Scores by criterion

Where Accelirate fits

Accelirate is used by large companies in insurance, banking, healthcare, and manufacturing that already run UiPath or Salesforce and want agents and bots built and operated for them. On price it sits in the mid-market tier, with offshore delivery keeping rates below US-only consultancies. Its closest rival is Ashling, a Chicago UiPath partner, and on this site Markovate competes for agentic workflow builds.
