Our verdict
Blend360 was started by two former Merkle executives as a data science firm, now earns about three quarters of its revenue from Fortune 500 companies, and became a Claude Select partner in October 2026. It suits a large company that wants a senior data and AI team to take agentic workflows into production with governance agreed up front, and it is less suited to a small business or a buyer who wants a fixed-price app build.
The right buyer
- Fortune 500 companies. About 75% of its revenue comes from them, according to the firm (about page).
- Enterprises moving Claude out of pilots. A senior forward deployed expert owns each outcome, and governance, evaluations, and human checkpoints are agreed before anything is built (Blend announcement).
- Companies in financial services, healthcare and life sciences, retail, travel and hospitality, energy, and technology, media, and telecom (Blend announcement).
Reasons to look elsewhere
- It sells mostly to very large companies, so a small business may find it more than it needs.
- It publishes no rates or engagement minimums.
Blend360, At A High Level
Patrick Hennessy and Tim Berry, who worked together at Merkle for 20 years, launched Blend360 in 2016 in data science and talent solutions, and Ozgur Dogan joined at its start as a co-founder (Blend360; Blend360). The technology investor Recognize put $100 million into a minority stake in 2022, and Dogan became CEO in April 2026 (Blend360; Blend360).
- Headquartered in Columbia, Maryland, with teams in North America, Europe, India, and Latin America (Blend360).
- More than 1,300 professionals as of April 2026; we estimate annual revenue of $130 million to $170 million (Blend360).
- Reports 55% compound annual growth since it began and five years on the Inc. 5000 list (about page).
- A Select partner in the Claude Partner Network since October 2026 and a Snowflake Elite partner; it runs Claude Enterprise and Claude Cowork across its own staff in four regions (Blend announcement; about page).

Where Blend360 fits
Blend360 is used by Fortune 1000 companies that want one partner for data engineering, data science, and agentic AI, with senior people on site and offshore teams behind them. On price it is an upper mid-market option, below the large strategy consultancies. Competitors on this site include Aimpoint Digital and Analytics8 for data science and analytics, phData for Snowflake-centered AI, and Fusemachines for enterprise AI teams.
| Need | Fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Agentic workflows inside a Fortune 500 company | Strong | Forward deployed experts own each outcome. |
| A Snowflake data platform for AI | Strong | It is a Snowflake Elite partner. |
| A small fixed-price app | Weak | Its model is senior teams for large clients. |
| Data science and analytics staffing | Good | It began in data science and talent solutions. |
What clients and leaders say
Blend360’s chief executive and two of its clients describe its work in the firm’s own announcements and on its website.
“The question enterprises are asking has changed. It’s no longer whether Claude can do the work. It’s how to put it into production, govern it at scale, and make it last.”
“They are clear about what they do and what they don’t do. Team has deep expertise from top to bottom. They helped us shorten the time on many analytics tasks.”
“The team listens and understands. Other consultants often come with solutions prepped before truly understanding the inner-workings.”
Who leads Blend360
Ozgur Dogan is CEO and a co-founder; before Blend he was chief marketing officer of the e-commerce company Hepsiburada and led the Data Solutions Group at Merkle (Blend360).
