Antoni Kozelski is co-founder and chief executive of Vstorm, an AI development, implementation and consulting firm in Wrocław, Poland, that he has led since 2017. He is known for taking Vstorm from early language processing and machine learning work into agentic AI, and he is also a business angel, venture builder and strategic advisor.
Starting Out with $500 and No Tech Background
On his own site he writes that he started out in the last decade “from the bottom without a tech and business background at all with $500 in my pocket.” He describes Vstorm as profitable from its first day, with no investors or debt, and says revenue grew more than 200% a year in 2021 and 2022. As a founding partner in a venture builder, he advises early-stage startups in AI, software, property technology and marketing technology in exchange for small equity stakes.
Steering Vstorm Toward Agentic AI
Vstorm began with language processing, data engineering and machine learning, made large language models its core practice in 2022 and contributed to LangChain from its beta versions. It is now an official Pydantic implementation partner and a member of the Agentic AI Foundation, with delivery across Europe, the US, Canada and Saudi Arabia. “We are not here to make companies dependent on us,” he says on Vstorm’s about page, describing a goal of clients who can run, change and own their own systems. He writes regularly about agentic AI strategy on the company blog.
