Christian Barnard is CEO of OneSix, the Chicago data and AI services firm he has led since June 2026 after scaling AI services businesses at KUNGFU.AI, T3, and Material+ (OneSix).
Scaling AI services firms
Before OneSix he was chief operating officer and chief growth officer at KUNGFU.AI, where he tripled the firm’s revenue. Earlier he held COO roles at T3 and at Material+, the digital agency he helped lead through an acquisition (OneSix).
Taking the CEO role at OneSix
He succeeded Dave Kilimnik, who became executive chairman and remained a Superstep Capital partner. At the appointment he said enterprises do not lack AI ideas so much as production systems: “The value isn’t in another pilot. It’s in AI that runs reliably in production, on real data, against outcomes the business can actually measure” (OneSix).
Snowflake Elite and Anthropic Select
Under him OneSix reached Snowflake Elite status in August 2026 and Anthropic Claude Partner Network Select status on November 4, 2026, after shipping Claude agentic systems such as Scotwork’s negotiation preparation tool in five weeks (Snowflake Elite announcement; Anthropic Select announcement).
