Cláudio Lemos is the co-founder and CEO of TensorOps, the Lisbon AI engineering firm he started with Gad Benram in 2022 to ship production AI systems for enterprises (TensorOps).
Building TensorOps in Lisbon
Lemos, whose full name is Cláudio Fischer Lemos, has studied informatics and computer engineering at the University of Porto, and since 2025 he has been vice president of Data Science Portugal (The Org). At TensorOps he built a team that ships production AI for companies such as ServiceNow, Notion, and JFrog (TensorOps).
He argues that speed to production is what counts: “The winners in enterprise AI won’t be the firms with the best slides, but the ones who ship to production fastest,” he said when OpenAI named TensorOps a Select partner in July 2026 (TensorOps). Our TensorOps review covers the firm.
