Drew Naukam is CEO of Gorilla Logic, the Broomfield, Colorado, product engineering firm with nearshore teams in Latin America. He took the role in September 2023 after about 25 years in software and product engineering services (Gorilla Logic).
Two decades in product engineering services
He spent more than a decade at Hitachi Consulting in software and product engineering leadership roles, including running its Product Engineering Services business unit. He then spent three years at GlobalLogic running its global Commerce and Technology business unit (Gorilla Logic).
Before Gorilla Logic he was chief growth officer at Ness Digital Engineering, where he helped lead the sale of the business to KKR (Gorilla Logic).
Running Gorilla Logic
When he joined, he said he wanted the firm to engage more with clients’ product roadmaps and to prepare its engineers for the way AI would change software development (Gorilla Logic). In October 2026 Anthropic made Gorilla Logic a Select Services Partner in the Claude Partner Network, and he summed up his view of agents in one line: “Anyone can build an agent.
