Gennady Galanter is a co-founder of Provectus, an AI development, implementation and consulting firm headquartered in San Francisco, California, where he sits on the board of directors. He led the company as chief executive in its early years, when its press releases called him Gene Galanter, and announced its first acquisition in 2011.
Two Founding Partners and the AppMade Lab Deal
In April 2011, as chief executive of what was then Provectus IT, he announced the purchase of AppMade Lab, an Eastern European mobile app developer, to form a mobile practice. He said the company had launched in 2010 “with just two founding partners” and had grown to bring together more than 50 software professionals in Eastern Europe (Newswire). Provectus now lists him as co-founder and board director, alongside co-founder Nick Antonov and chief executive Stepan Pushkarev (Provectus).
