Igor Izraylevych is CEO and a co-founder of S-PRO, the Zurich software and AI firm he started in 2014 with Andrew Fisiuk and grew to more than 300 people serving banks and fintechs (S-PRO; finews).
Founding S-PRO
He founded the company in 2014 with Andrew Fisiuk, a friend from school days, after entering IT consulting at 22. The firm began in Ukraine, opened a Kyiv office, and later made Zurich its headquarters while building hubs in Poland, the Netherlands, and the United States (about page; finews).
Swiss leadership and nearshore engineering
He describes S-PRO’s model as Swiss on-site consulting paired with nearshore ML and data-science teams in Poland and Ukraine. “Our model brings together Swiss leadership and nearshoring engineering. That combination gives clients the best of both worlds: speed and reliability,” he said (S-PRO interview).
Pushing AI in Swiss finance
In a March 2025 finews interview he argued that Switzerland still lacks a consumer finance breakthrough on the scale of Revolut or Wise, and that his firm’s role is to push AI into regulated wealth and banking work.
