Pricing and planning before Kaizen
Before founding Kaizen, Arangode worked across industries in general management, supply chain, product planning, pricing, technology delivery, and customer relationship management. He holds an MBA in finance and international management from NYU’s Stern School and a master’s in engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Kaizen Global).
A new name for a broader firm
In October 2026 Arangode renamed the company Kaizen Global after it bought Nihon Technology, opened a capability center in Chennai, India, and expanded its AI services.
