Martin Bouza is chief executive and co-founder of Arionkoder, an AI development, implementation and consulting firm with offices in Boston, Massachusetts, Miami, Florida, and Montevideo, Uruguay, which he leads with co-founder Mario Tucci. Based in Boston, he describes himself simply: “I just consider myself a builder in the digital era.” He is a father of two and, in his words, “a professional sommelier by hobby” (Forbes Technology Council).
Arion and the Overboost Partnership
In 2020 the company was called Arion, the technology arm of the Uruguayan group MVD Consulting, with operations in Uruguay and Colombia. That September the accelerator Overboost, which manages the Kamay Ventures fund backed by Coca-Cola and Arcor, took a minority stake and made Arion its preferred technology partner for clients and portfolio startups (El Cronista). Bouza said at the time that the partners had previously scaled operations centers to more than 5,000 people and aimed to build an innovation hub in the region (CUTI).
