Ratan Srivastava is the founder, chairman, and managing director of Ksolves, the Noida, India, IT services firm, and a software developer who started the company from a small office in Indirapuram (Ksolves; Ksolves).
From Bareilly to Indirapuram
He studied computer science at SRMS College in Bareilly from 2001 to 2005 and then worked as a software developer at Persistent Systems, Birlasoft, and Tech Mahindra (Proinvest Nirmiti). In 2012 he founded Kartik Solution in Indirapuram with a team of five, renamed it Ksolves India in 2014, and moved it to a larger office in Noida in 2017 (Ksolves; Proinvest Nirmiti).
Leading Ksolves as a listed company
He took Ksolves public on the NSE in 2020, and from 2020 he waived the salary that shareholders had approved for him until the board re-appointed him with a revised salary in 2024 (Ksolves; Proinvest Nirmiti). In April 2026 he said the company had crossed ₹150 crore in annual revenue and described his approach to AI plainly: “At Ksolves, we strongly believe in using AI across all aspects of work - whether coding, testing, operations, or communication” (Ksolves).
