Tarek Nseir is a co-founder of Valliance, the London AI consultancy he launched in 2025, and before that he founded the digital agency TH_NK straight out of university and ran it for 15 years (Consultancy.uk; PR Newswire).
Founding TH_NK in London
He started TH_NK in 2004, and it grew into one of the UK’s top 100 digital agencies, with offices in London, Newcastle, and Liverpool (PR Newswire). Its work under him included Pottermore, built with JK Rowling, the BBC’s TV licence system, and Channel 4’s first multiplatform drama, and he advised brands such as ASOS, Allianz, and Aston Martin (Valliance; Consultancy.uk). He was also co-president of the British Interactive Media Association (PR Newswire).
EPAM Systems bought TH_NK in November 2018. Nseir said at the time that “the next wave of technology change requires a breadth of data, emerging technology and scaled engineering capability,” and inside EPAM he grew the business’s revenue and team four times over in three years (PR Newswire; Valliance).
Starting Valliance
He co-founded Valliance with Anita Rajdev and Rad Parvin, arguing that the billable-hours model of consulting fails clients buying AI (Consultancy.uk). “We operate on a value-based model where clients pay for outcomes, not time,” he has said (Consultancy.uk). The firm opened in London and The Hague with 15 people (Valliance). Our Valliance review covers the firm.
