Our verdict
AlphaBOLD implements Microsoft business applications and now builds AI agents on top of them, including a set of agents for construction firms that handle take-offs, proposals, work breakdown structures, staffing, status reports, and vendor picks (AlphaBOLD). It suits a mid-size company that runs or is moving to Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or NetSuite and wants AI added inside those systems, and it is less suited to a buyer who wants custom models or AI built outside the Microsoft stack.
The right buyer
- Construction, engineering, and architecture firms. It sells AI agents built for AEC estimating, proposals, planning, and purchasing (AlphaBOLD).
- Companies on Dynamics 365 or Power Platform that want Copilot and agents. Its CEO says the goal is to use Microsoft’s existing tools without reinventing the wheel (MSDynamicsWorld).
- Teams consolidating data on Microsoft Fabric. It is a Fabric Featured Partner that unifies data on OneLake for reporting and AI (AlphaBOLD).
Reasons to look elsewhere
- Its AI work is built around Microsoft and NetSuite, so a buyer who wants platform-neutral or custom model work should compare other firms.
- Much of its practice is ERP and CRM implementation, so a buyer who wants a pure AI engineering team should check who would staff the work.
AlphaBOLD, At A High Level
AlphaBOLD launched as a Microsoft partner in 2017 with the aim of being a one-stop shop for its customers, and Tayyab Ali is its CEO (MSDynamicsWorld; AlphaBOLD). It is based at 1555 Faraday Avenue in Carlsbad, California, with another office in Walnut, California (AlphaBOLD on LinkedIn). It implements Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Platform, SharePoint, BI, and NetSuite, and it sells its own subscription add-ons such as migration tools and the BOLDSync suite (AlphaBOLD on LinkedIn). Its AI practice covers agent strategy, workflow and system integration, and ROI planning, and in October 2026 it added Lovable as a partner for fast prototyping (AlphaBOLD; Tayyab Ali on LinkedIn).
