Our verdict

AuxoAI was started in 2023 by former Genpact analytics chief Amaresh Tripathy and two co-founders, and in October 2026 it raised a $20.7 million Series A led by NTTVC. The same team that scopes a client’s problem stays to build and run the AI system. It suits a large enterprise that wants a senior team to take a few high-value processes into production, and it is less suited to a small company or a buyer who wants a fixed-price build.

The right buyer

  • Large enterprises that want strategy and engineering from one team. Its forward-deployed teams have worked with more than 40 clients in manufacturing, consumer goods, healthcare, and telecom (Series A announcement).
  • Companies standardizing on Google Gemini Enterprise. AuxoAI is an AI-native partner in Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise Transformation program and has a business unit for it (company page).
  • Buyers who want the outside team to leave software behind. Its Damia workbench records a client’s processes and business knowledge so that agents can reuse them (SiliconANGLE).

Reasons to look elsewhere

  • It is three years old, so it has fewer published case studies than older data and AI consultancies.
  • It sells to Global 2000 companies, so a small or midsize business may find its senior teams more than it needs.

AuxoAI, At A High Level

AuxoAI calls itself the forward-deployed AI company. Its teams of strategists and engineers work inside a client’s business to learn how work gets done, then build agentic applications and stay through deployment and adoption (company page). Amaresh Tripathy, Arvinder Pal Singh, and Kabir Singh founded it in 2023 (team page).

  • Headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, with teams in the United States, Europe, and India (Series A announcement; company page).
  • Raised a $20.7 million Series A led by NTTVC in October 2026, with ServiceNow’s Amit Zavery and Norwest’s George Still Jr. among the backers (Series A announcement).
  • An estimated 200 to 250 employees and estimated annual revenue of $25 million to $35 million; its team page lists more than 30 partners, managing directors, and directors in the US, the Netherlands, and India (team page).
  • Works with Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, Glean, Snowflake, and Databricks (company page), and is an AWS Advanced Tier partner (Series A announcement).

Where AuxoAI fits

AuxoAI is used by large enterprises that want a senior team to find the processes worth automating and then build and run the AI agents that do the work. On price it is a premium, senior-led option, closer to strategy consultancies than to offshore development shops. Competitors on this site include Distyl AI and Tribe AI for enterprise AI teams, phData for data-first AI programs, and RapidCanvas for platform-backed delivery.

What clients and leaders say

AuxoAI’s founders describe its approach in the funding announcement. One buyer concern is written from public facts about its age and terms.

“We founded AuxoAI on a simple thesis: AI will fundamentally change how enterprises work, but technology alone will not make that happen.”

“Our vision is to build a new kind of AI company - one that combines human expertise, enterprise context and engineering to stay with the problem from the first idea through measurable outcomes in production.”

“They are a young firm, so we asked for references because there were not many published case studies to read.”
