Our verdict

Neurealm is the 2025 rebrand of two Indian-American engineering firms, GS Lab and GAVS, and it now sells itself as an AI-first services company. In October 2026 Anthropic made it a Select partner in the Claude Partner Network, and it reports Claude work across more than 15 customers and 30 projects. It suits a mid-size or large company in healthcare, technology, or industrial markets that wants legacy applications modernized and run with AI, and it is less suited to a buyer who wants a small AI strategy boutique.

The right buyer

  • Healthcare organizations with paper-heavy workflows. For a New York City behavioral health provider, a two-person AI pod cut application delivery from three to six months to three to four weeks (Select tier announcement).
  • Companies that want AI in their software delivery. Its NeuGAIN Marketplace packages agents, skills, and MCP servers for Claude Code that its own teams use and offer to clients (Select tier announcement).
  • Semiconductor, embedded, and industrial companies. Its work runs from silicon design and embedded systems to agentic AI (about page).

Reasons to look elsewhere

  • It is a large engineering services firm, so a small first AI project may get less senior attention.
  • Most delivery runs from India, so US clients plan around the time difference.

Neurealm, At A High Level

Neurealm describes itself as a right-sized, AI-powered technology services partner that helps enterprises engineer, modernize, and operate software, built around its NeuGAIN AI platform (about page). GS Lab | GAVS took the Neurealm name in May 2025 (rebrand announcement); its history starts in 2000 (about page).

  • More than 280 active customers, with delivery centers in the US and India (about page).
  • An estimated 3,000 to 4,000 employees, based on its public company profile, and estimated annual revenue of $120 million to $160 million.
  • More than 500 engineers support its Claude work, which covers software engineering, modernization, embedded systems, silicon, and business AI (Select tier announcement).
  • The investment firm Kedaara bought a majority stake in 2021 (Kedaara announcement).
  • Works in healthcare, technology, semiconductors, commerce, industrial, and transportation (about page).

Where Neurealm fits

Neurealm is used by mid-size and large companies, many in healthcare and technology, that want older applications rebuilt and run with AI by a large engineering team. On price it is an offshore-led services firm. Competitors on this site include 7T and Kaizen Global for enterprise systems, Simform for Claude engineering at scale, 10Pearls for offshore AI development, and Artizent for AI-led modernization in banking and insurance.

What clients and leaders say

Neurealm’s growth chief and chief executive describe the firm in its announcements. One buyer concern is written from public facts about its delivery model.

“Achieving Select partner tier validates what our customers already see in production: Claude, combined with Neurealm’s industry depth and engineering discipline, can turn AI ambition into measurable business impact.”

“Neurealm represents a bold, focused shift toward an AI-first mindset.”

“The team was large and capable. We put a US lead on our side early so the India handoffs stayed smooth.”
