Adam Górniak

CEO, deepsense.ai

Adam Górniak describes the work of deepsense.ai as “connecting our deep technical know-how with real-world applications to empower our clients to unlock the full potential of AI” (LinkedIn). He is the chief executive of deepsense.ai, an applied AI company in Warsaw, Poland, which he joined in 2023 as chief revenue officer after commercial and operating roles at Booksy and Google.

Commercial roles at Booksy and Google

He scaled global business and operations at Booksy, an appointment-booking marketplace for beauty and wellness professionals, as chief revenue officer and chief operating officer. He also held commercial leadership roles at Google and worked as a strategy consultant (deepsense.ai About page). In the 2023 post welcoming him as chief revenue officer, Tomasz Kułakowski of deepsense.ai listed Booksy, Google, Netia, Vodafone, PwC, and BCG among his earlier employers (LinkedIn).

He holds a master’s degree in accounting and finance from the London School of Economics and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School (deepsense.ai About page).

His own two-year rule for roles

Replying to a commenter on his CEO announcement who said he keeps a rule of changing roles at least every two years, he confirmed it and described “year 1 to learn + experiment + build, year 2 to see results + reflect + iterate,” followed by a new role to keep learning (LinkedIn comment).

Taking over as CEO after Google hired part of the team

In May 2025 the company’s previous chief executive, Robert Bogucki, stepped down and joined Google as one of its Cloud AI leaders, along with a small group of deepsense.ai colleagues. The European Commission’s Digital Markets Act list describes the deal as Google’s proposed hiring of technical employees of deepsense.ai and a non-exclusive license to its intellectual property, and records Alphabet’s view that the transaction is not the acquisition of a business to which turnover can be attributed (European Commission). That May, Górniak wrote that he was “excited to step into the CEO role and lead deepsense.ai into its next chapter” (LinkedIn, May 2025). In July he called the move a “talent acquisition” and wrote that the company was “now moving full speed ahead” (LinkedIn, July 2025).

In July 2025 he reported that over the previous three months the company had “rebuilt our team and addressed key gaps following the Google transaction, while also realigning our organizational structure to better support long-term growth” (LinkedIn).

Partnerships and open-source tools

Early in 2025 deepsense.ai joined the OpenAI Services Partner program, which gives it early access to new OpenAI models and beta features, and it completed a first joint client engagement under the partnership. It also released ragbits, an open-source library of pre-built components for building generative AI applications faster (LinkedIn). He has said the aim is for deepsense.ai to be “a globally recognized leader in applied AI” (LinkedIn).
