Ingrid Curtis is CEO of Sparq, the Atlanta, Georgia, digital engineering firm formerly called Rural Sourcing. She was appointed to the role in October 2025 after more than 17 years of executive leadership inside the company (Sparq).
Rising inside Sparq
Before becoming CEO she was Sparq’s president and chief operating officer, and she joined its board of directors with the new role. She succeeded founder Monty Hamilton, who retired as CEO on January 1, 2026, and stayed on as chairman (Sparq).
Leading the move into AI
She has framed the firm’s shift as following its clients: “Transformation is challenging. However, with the evolution of AI, overcoming previously impossible challenges becomes possible” (Sparq).
In October 2026 Sparq became a Select partner in Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network with more than 130 Claude-certified professionals (Sparq). Our Sparq review covers the firm.
