Matt Morse is the CEO of TQA, the Austin agentic AI and automation firm, and a technology services operator who spent 25 years scaling consulting businesses, most recently as COO of 3Cloud (TQA; 3Cloud).
From PointBridge and Perficient to 3Cloud
Morse began in application development at a Fortune 1000 company, then led Microsoft application platform work at PointBridge and became a general manager of cloud solutions at Perficient after it bought PointBridge (3Cloud). He joined 3Cloud as employee number nine and served as chief operating officer while the firm grew to 1,200 employees before Cognizant acquired it (TQA; 3Cloud).
Taking TQA into its next chapter
TQA appointed him CEO in June 2026 as founder Tom Abbott moved to the board, and the firm said bookings were up 51% year on year at the time (TQA). “Enterprise demand for production-ready agentic AI continues to grow,” Morse said, pointing to TQA’s partner relationships and delivery record on agent-enabled workforces (TQA). His stated priorities include deeper go-to-market work with UiPath, ServiceNow, and Microsoft and more investment in delivery tooling (TQA).
