Our verdict
TQA grew from a UiPath automation consultancy into a 200-person agentic AI services firm with $15 million in Trinity Capital growth capital in 2025 and a new CEO in 2026. It suits a large company that wants agents and bots built and run on UiPath, ServiceNow, or Microsoft, and it is less suited to a buyer who wants a platform-neutral research lab or a small pilot team.
The right buyer
- Enterprises scaling UiPath automation into agentic AI. It is a UiPath Diamond and Fast Track partner and won UiPath Americas Industry Solutions Partner of the Year in 2024 (TQA about page).
- Healthcare and life sciences programs. It bought Houston healthcare automation firm Element Blue in 2023 and lists Texas Children’s Hospital among its clients (TQA about page).
- Teams that want agents monitored after launch. It runs a Manila delivery center for 24/7 managed services alongside US and European delivery (TQA about page).
Reasons to look elsewhere
- Its practice centers on UiPath, ServiceNow, and Microsoft, so a buyer who wants a tool-agnostic build team should compare other firms.
- Much of its delivery runs from Romania and the Philippines, so a buyer who needs an all-onshore team should ask about staffing.
TQA, At A High Level
TQA was founded in 2020 as Tquila Automation by Tom Abbott and Richard Denton, opened its Austin headquarters in 2021, and rebranded as TQA in 2024 as it expanded into data and AI (about page; TQA). It raised a Series A led by Delta-v Capital in 2023, took $15 million in growth capital from Trinity Capital in September 2025, and appointed Matt Morse, formerly COO of 3Cloud, as CEO in June 2026, with Abbott moving to the board (TQA; TQA).
- More than 200 advisors, technologists, solution architects, and developers across the US, UK, Romania, and the Philippines; we estimate annual revenue at $20 million to $35 million (about page; TQA).
- Year-on-year bookings up 51% and revenue up 12% quarter on quarter at the time of the June 2026 CEO appointment (TQA).
- Partners include UiPath, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Databricks, and Coveo (about page).
- Published clients include British Airways, Sonos, Premier Foods, the NHS, and Texas Children’s Hospital (about page).

Where TQA fits
TQA is used by large enterprises that already run or plan UiPath, ServiceNow, or Microsoft automation and want agents added and operated at scale. On price it sits in the mid-market tier, with Romania and Philippines delivery keeping blended rates below US-only consultancies. Competitors on this site include Accelirate for UiPath-centered agent work and 66degrees for a larger Google Cloud agent practice.
| Need | Fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Scaling an existing UiPath program into agents | Strong | It is a UiPath Diamond and Fast Track partner with healthcare awards. |
| Agentic AI on ServiceNow or Microsoft | Good | Those are listed partner practices under the new CEO plan. |
| 24/7 managed automation | Strong | Its Manila center supports round-the-clock operations. |
| A platform-neutral custom AI product team | Weak | Its delivery is built around a short list of enterprise platforms. |
What clients and leaders say
TQA’s leaders and clients describe its work in published announcements. One buyer concern is written from public facts about the firm.
“The demand for agentic automation is accelerating across every industry.”
“Enterprise demand for production-ready agentic AI continues to grow. TQA has built something unique: a team with the depth of expertise, the partner relationships, and the delivery track record to help enterprises build an agent-enabled workforce.”
“Matt’s appointment is the next step in the TQA journey – bringing the operational scale and leadership to match the market opportunity.”
“They knew UiPath deeply and could staff around the clock, but the proposal assumed we were staying on their partner stack instead of building agents outside it.”
