Peter Bebbington is the co-founder and chief executive of Brainpool AI, an AI consulting and development firm in London, England. He is a physicist by training, with a PhD in physics and astronomy from University College London (Brainpool).

Alongside his doctorate he holds a master’s in research in financial computing and a master’s in complex systems modelling from King’s College London (Brainpool).
Building Brainpool
He met Kasia Borowska at UCL, and the two founded Brainpool, which started as a marketplace for data scientists looking for industry work before it became a consultancy (Authority Magazine). He has been a director of the company since July 2018 (Companies House).
For several years he was its chief technology officer. In a 2020 EM360 podcast he presented the firm’s first two products: DAISY, which automates timber floor design for construction companies, and Forstack, a forecasting tool for financial markets (EM360). He now leads the company as chief executive (Brainpool).
