Piotr Dzwonnik

CEO, Miquido

Piotr Dzwonnik became chief executive of Miquido, the Kraków mobile and AI software house, in September 2026. He took over day-to-day leadership from founder Krzysztof Kogutkiewicz, who stayed on to focus on long-term vision and strategy (Miquido).

Eleven years selling for Oracle

Dzwonnik started in 1999 at Comarch, the Polish IT group, the trade outlet CRN Poland reported (CRN). He later worked as sales director at Sygnity and as Avaya’s country manager for South Eastern Europe.

He then spent 11 years at Oracle, rising from senior sales manager to senior director of sales for Oracle Communications and running sales teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa until the end of 2024. Before joining Miquido he worked as an adviser.

Engineering in Gdańsk, an MBA in Warsaw

Dzwonnik holds an MSc in control engineering from Gdańsk University of Technology and an MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. He has also taken Columbia Business School executive courses on strategic growth and team leadership, and holds a mentor certification from Open Mentoring Academy.

Turning an AI rebuild into sales

Miquido says it spent the year before his arrival rebuilding its delivery model around AI, and hired him to turn that into market growth before competitors closed the gap. Kogutkiewicz said what won the founders over was his “deep experience with enterprise clients and large-scale sales.”

Dzwonnik described his career as turning around businesses that had lost momentum or scaling ones that needed a boost. “Miquido already delivers at an A level for its clients,” he said. “My job is to help more clients experience that, more consistently.” He called healthy, stable growth the priority, for a client list that includes TUI, Skyscanner, Universal Music, and Warner Music. Our Miquido review covers its pricing and delivery record.
