Our verdict
BlueLabel is worth hiring for a mid-sized or large US company that wants one specific workflow, such as claims review, field dispatch or quarterly reporting, turned into a working AI agent within a few months by an onshore team. Get the scope and the budget in writing before work starts, since some Clutch reviewers say earlier projects ran over their estimates.
The right buyer
- Insurers and other paperwork-heavy companies that want claims or intake review automated. Assurity Group’s CIO told Clutch that tasks that took 40 to 45 minutes now take 10 to 12.
- Telecom and field service operators: its dispatch agents for Blue Stream Fiber now clear more than 70% of work orders automatically, according to its case studies.
- Companies on Microsoft 365 that want pilots built inside the tools staff already use. Morgan Group’s CEO said on Clutch that two Copilot Studio pilots were delivered in about 60 days.
- Buyers who want to know the price range early: Clutch lists $100 to $149 an hour and a $75,000 minimum project.
Reasons to look elsewhere
- Some clients report cost overruns. A life sciences client said its app project took twice as long as estimated and that the firm later asked for twice the money (Clutch, 2023).
- Its AI work is recent. Most of its 71 Clutch reviews cover mobile app and product design work, and its AI agent work in production dates from 2024 (Clutch).
- Press coverage is thin, so outside Clutch most of the evidence for its results comes from its own case studies.
- Teams that want custom models trained from scratch: its documented AI work is mostly built on commercial models from OpenAI, Google and Anthropic (Clutch).

What clients and leaders say
“BlueLabel goes fast. One of the things we weren’t prepared for was that sometimes we were the reason we slowed down, because they went faster than we were used to working with vendors.”
“What stood out most was their ability to move quickly from discovery to working pilots without losing structure.”
“BlueLabel should have asked for more documentation to accurately assess the project’s complexity.”
