A marketplace for a Fortune 100 distributor
He was a founding member of a business-to-business marketplace that he built and sold to Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 100 electronics distributor, and the company’s About page says it is still in use (About page). By 2017 he was the IT director of Arrow’s digital team, where he listed Angular, C#, Java Spring, and the Sitecore content management system as key technologies (Built In Colorado).
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University (About page).

He co-founded Nimble Gravity in 2019 with Tony Aug, now its CEO. The company’s About page says its culture was “sparked by the very different characters of Tony and Joe,” and that its strength in strategic thinking, “as Joe would put it, ‘dreaming without limits,’” goes hand in hand with an ambition to get things done (About page).
Building teams across borders
His bio says he applies his experience building multinational teams to the firm’s growth (About page). Nimble Gravity has since bought mDEVZ in Argentina, iGerencia in Colombia, and, in August 2025, Fog Solutions, a US data and AI firm, bringing its headcount to about 250 (acquisition announcement).
