AI Consulting Founders to Watch, November 2026

Ten founders of AI consulting and services firms who raised money, launched, rebranded, or won a new partner tier in October 2026.

Updated November 2, 2026. This list is refreshed every month.

The best-known founders in AI consulting run firms with tens of thousands of staff. This list is about the founders of smaller firms that are growing fast. In October 2026, Amaresh Tripathy’s AuxoAI raised a $20.7 million Series A, Rahul Pangam’s RapidCanvas raised $29 million and bought Entytle, and Ryan Bosshart’s phData took new funding with Anthropic participating. Others launched new firms or won a place in Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network.

Each founder is here because something happened at their firm in October 2026: a round, a launch, a rebrand, or a new partner tier. This is not a ranking of careers. Every entry links to the founder’s profile and to our review of the firm. For more profiles, see our AI services leaders.

How we chose

We tracked announcements dated September 30 to October 31, 2026, from firm newsrooms, wire services, investor blogs, and trade press. We counted funding rounds, launches, name changes, acquisitions, and partner-tier awards. We kept founders (including co-founders who now run the firm) of AI services firms with estimated or reported revenue under about $500 million, each with an ASC profile and review. Entries are in alphabetical order by last name.

Krishna ArangodeOct 6Kaizen Analytix became Kaizen Global

1. Krishna Arangode

Kaizen Global

  • Firm: Kaizen Global, founder and CEO
  • Why now: Renamed his firm Kaizen Global after buying Nihon Technology, October 6, 2026

Arangode founded the Atlanta AI and analytics firm known until October as Kaizen Analytix. He said the new name reflects a global company with growing capabilities across AI, technology, data, and enterprise transformation (PR Newswire).

Why now

The rebrand follows the purchase of Nihon Technology, which added SAP implementation and cybersecurity work, and the appointment of chief executives for Kaizen Global Japan and Kaizen Global India (PR Newswire). Arangode is turning an analytics boutique into a broader services firm, and the risk is losing the pricing and revenue analytics focus that built its name.

Ryan Bosshart300+Data and AI hires phData plans

2. Ryan Bosshart

phData

  • Firm: phData, co-founder and CEO
  • Why now: phData took new funding with Anthropic participating, October 28, 2026

Bosshart runs phData, the Minneapolis data and AI services firm. It builds AI-ready data platforms and Claude-based agents, and it is a member of the Claude Partner Network (phData).

Why now

The round came from existing investor Gryphon Investors with Anthropic taking part, and phData says it will add more than 300 data and AI experts (phData). Bosshart’s bet is that reliable AI agents depend on clean, governed data, a view that puts his firm in the path of many enterprise Claude projects.

3. Cesar D’Onofrio

Making Sense

  • Firm: Making Sense, CEO and co-founder
  • Why now: Making Sense became a Select partner in the Claude Partner Network, October 19, 2026

D’Onofrio co-founded Making Sense, which has built software for mid-market and private equity-backed US companies for more than two decades. Its Claude assistant for the email marketing company Doppler is available in more than 4,800 accounts (Techli).

Why now

Select status rests on certified staff and live customer deployments, and Making Sense says it has 20 certified professionals (Techli). D’Onofrio is taking a long-running nearshore software firm into agentic AI work for mid-market clients.

Behfar Jahanshahi30Years since InterWorks began

4. Behfar Jahanshahi

InterWorks

  • Firm: InterWorks, founder and CEO
  • Why now: InterWorks turned 30 and became a Claude Select consulting partner, October 22, 2026

Jahanshahi started InterWorks as a student in Stillwater, Oklahoma, and built it into a data, analytics, and AI consultancy. The firm says it rolled out Claude internally with governance, role-based access, and cost monitoring from the start (InterWorks).

Why now

For one client, a management services organization for optometry practices, InterWorks grew Claude use from 12 people in May 2026 to 107 by September (InterWorks). Jahanshahi expects governed, staff-wide Claude rollouts to become a large consulting market, and InterWorks has built its AI practice around them.

Sachin JhaOct 12UNKAPPED launched, bootstrapped

5. Sachin Jha

UNKAPPED

  • Firm: UNKAPPED, co-founder and CEO
  • Why now: Launched UNKAPPED, a bootstrapped AI and go-to-market engineering firm, October 12, 2026

Jha co-founded UNKAPPED in San Francisco to embed forward-deployed engineers in client teams, from Series A startups to private equity-backed companies (GlobeNewswire).

Why now

Jha said companies at every stage share one root cause: the systems between their tools were never engineered (GlobeNewswire). Every engagement starts with a readiness audit, and the firm’s first public client results will show whether combining AI and sales engineering in one firm works.

Prateek Jogani$6.6MParallel Loop seed round

6. Prateek Jogani

Parallel Loop

  • Firm: Parallel Loop, co-founder
  • Why now: Parallel Loop launched with $6.6 million in seed funding led by 3one4 Capital, October 14, 2026

Jogani founded Parallel Loop in June 2026 with Yujun Chean. The firm has teams in Singapore, Bengaluru, Bangkok, London, and Dubai, and 30 people (Parallel Loop).

Why now

Parallel Loop launched with more than 10 clients, including Licious, Havells, and Tokio Marine Safety Insurance (Thailand) (Parallel Loop). Jogani is building an AI operating partner for large companies in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, a region with fewer specialist AI firms than the US.

Nick Leopard1,700+Professionals at Accordion

7. Nick Leopard

Accordion

  • Firm: Accordion, founder and CEO
  • Why now: Accordion joined the Claude Partner Network as a Select Services Partner, October 15, 2026

Leopard founded Accordion, a New York financial consulting firm that works for private equity sponsors and their portfolio company CFOs. It has 11 offices and more than 1,700 professionals (National Law Review).

Why now

Leopard said finance will be one of the most important proving grounds for enterprise AI, and that every dollar spent on AI has to show up in the numbers a buyer will underwrite (National Law Review). Accordion’s own benchmark found that 98% of sponsors have told portfolio CFOs to prioritize AI.

Rahul Pangam$29MRapidCanvas Series B

8. Rahul Pangam

RapidCanvas

  • Firm: RapidCanvas, co-founder and CEO
  • Why now: RapidCanvas raised $29 million (October 16) and bought Entytle (October 28, 2026)

Pangam co-founded RapidCanvas, an Austin managed AI company that pairs its platform with field AI engineers who stay accountable for results. The round brings total funding to $52.5 million (RapidCanvas).

Why now

The raise followed eightfold growth in annual recurring revenue over six quarters (RapidCanvas), and the Entytle deal brings agents for industrial aftermarket revenue (RapidCanvas). Pangam is selling custom AI on subscription terms, and October gave him the money and a manufacturing base to scale it.

Thomas Thayyil Thomas1,000+M&A deals his team has worked on

9. Thomas Thayyil Thomas

Teragonia

  • Firm: Teragonia, founder and CEO
  • Why now: Teragonia launched Astra Labs, a fixed-fee applied AI unit, October 6, 2026

Thomas founded Teragonia in Chicago to bring private equity value-creation methods to AI. He said his team has worked on more than 1,000 M&A transactions worth more than $500 billion (Teragonia).

Why now

Astra Labs prices every engagement as a fixed fee held to a guaranteed outcome (Teragonia), unusual in a market that mostly bills by the hour. Thomas expects PE-backed companies to pay for speed and certainty, and the first fixed-fee results will test that view.

Amaresh Tripathy$20.7MAuxoAI Series A

10. Amaresh Tripathy

AuxoAI

  • Firm: AuxoAI, co-founder and managing partner
  • Why now: AuxoAI raised a $20.7 million Series A led by NTTVC, October 20, 2026

Tripathy co-founded AuxoAI in 2023 with Arvinder Pal Singh and Kabir Singh. The firm sends AI strategists and engineers into large companies to build and run AI agents (AuxoAI).

Why now

The Series A is meant to scale AuxoAI’s forward-deployed model (AuxoAI). Tripathy, who previously led a large analytics business at Genpact, wants to show that big companies will hire small senior teams that stay accountable for results after launch.

What to watch next month

  • New hires at the funded firms. AuxoAI, RapidCanvas, and phData all raised in October, and phData has said it will add more than 300 people. Senior hires and new offices will show how fast that money turns into delivery capacity.
  • First results from the new firms. UNKAPPED and Parallel Loop launched in October, and Teragonia launched its Astra Labs unit. Their first public client results will decide whether they make a second edition.
  • Higher partner tiers. Several founders on this list run firms that reached the Select tier of the Claude Partner Network. A move to Preferred, the next tier, would be a strong signal.

The AI Consulting Founders to Watch list is updated monthly. This is the first edition; each new edition will link back to the earlier ones. See all of our AI services research.
