Hottest AI Development Firms, November 2026
Ten AI development firms that raised money, won a new partner tier, or bought a company between September 30 and October 31, 2026.
Updated November 2, 2026. This list is refreshed every month.
The AI services firms that make the news are usually the largest consultancies and systems integrators. This list looks past them to the smaller and mid-size firms that build AI systems for clients, because that is where most of October’s movement happened. AuxoAI raised a $20.7 million Series A, RapidCanvas raised $29 million and then bought Entytle, and phData took new funding with Anthropic participating. Anthropic also moved a wave of services firms into the Select tier of its Claude Partner Network, which by October had drawn more than 40,000 applications since its March 2026 launch (Simform).
Each firm is here because something happened to it in October 2026: a funding round, an acquisition, a new partner tier, or an analyst rating. This is not a career ranking or a list of the biggest firms. Every entry links to our full review, where you can see how the firm scores on our eight criteria. For the full set, see our directory of AI services firms.
How we chose
We tracked announcements dated September 30 to October 31, 2026, from the firms’ own newsrooms, wire services, and trade press. We counted funding rounds, acquisitions, partner-tier awards from model and cloud providers, and independent analyst ratings. We kept firms with estimated or reported revenue under about $500 million that build or run AI systems for clients, and we required an ASC review for each. Entries are in alphabetical order.

1. Artizent
Edison, New Jersey, engineering and modernization firm, formerly Nous Infosystems
- Company: Edison, New Jersey, engineering and modernization firm, formerly Nous Infosystems
- Why now: Reached the Select tier of the Claude Partner Network, October 23, 2026
Artizent is the new name of Nous Infosystems, a 30-year-old engineering services firm that works mostly for banks, insurers, and industrial and consumer companies. It says it has more than 150 Claude Certified Architects, and its ASTRA Engineering platform uses Claude-based agents for requirements, design, code generation, testing, and review (PR Newswire).
Why now
Select status puts Artizent among the larger certified Claude teams in services, and it fits the firm’s pitch to regulated clients that want legacy systems modernized under strict controls. The record under the new name is short, since the rebrand dates only to July 2026, so buyers should look at work done as Nous Infosystems too.
2. AuxoAI
San Francisco Bay Area forward-deployed AI firm founded in 2023
- Company: San Francisco Bay Area forward-deployed AI firm founded in 2023
- Why now: Raised a $20.7 million Series A led by NTTVC, October 20, 2026
AuxoAI was started in 2023 by Amaresh Tripathy, Arvinder Pal Singh, and Kabir Singh. It sends teams of AI strategists and engineers into large companies to redesign workflows and build AI agents, and the same team stays to run what it builds (AuxoAI).
Why now
The round is meant to scale AuxoAI’s forward-deployed model, in which engineers work inside the client’s business (AuxoAI). That model is becoming the standard way smaller AI firms compete with large consultancies. A Series A is still early, so the test is whether AuxoAI can add senior staff fast enough to keep its delivery quality.
3. Caylent
Irvine, California, AWS Premier Tier Services Partner
- Company: Irvine, California, AWS Premier Tier Services Partner
- Why now: Rated a Major Player in the IDC MarketScape for cloud professional services, October 1, 2026
Caylent builds and runs AI, data, and cloud systems on AWS, and it is also an Anthropic Preferred Services Partner (Caylent). CRN reported in October that it has 125 forward-deployed engineers (CRN).
Why now
IDC assessed 27 vendors and pointed to Caylent’s Anthropic partnership and its agentic engineering accelerator, while noting that it is smaller in head count than diversified integrators (Caylent). For AWS buyers, the rating adds outside evidence to a firm that has mostly been known through AWS awards.
4. Gorilla Logic
Broomfield, Colorado, product engineering firm with nearshore teams
- Company: Broomfield, Colorado, product engineering firm with nearshore teams
- Why now: Became a Select Services Partner in the Claude Partner Network, October 5, 2026
Gorilla Logic has built and modernized software for US companies for two decades. It brings Claude into client work through Construct, its system of playbooks, reusable components, and tooling (Gorilla Logic).
Why now
CEO Drew Naukam said many companies already pay for Claude and want help getting it into daily work in a way their security and IT teams will approve (Gorilla Logic). The firm plans to focus on product engineering with Claude Code and on agents for finance, operations, compliance, HR, and sales.
5. Making Sense
Palo Alto, California, software and AI firm with teams in Latin America
- Company: Palo Alto, California, software and AI firm with teams in Latin America
- Why now: Became a Select partner in the Claude Partner Network, October 19, 2026
Making Sense has built software for mid-market and private equity-backed US companies for more than two decades. For the email marketing company Doppler, it built ECO IA, a Claude assistant now available in more than 4,800 accounts (Techli).
Why now
Select requires at least 10 certified practitioners and two or more customers taken live with Claude in the past year, and Making Sense says it has 20 certified staff (Techli). Its public Claude record rests on a small number of clients, so the next few case studies will matter.
6. Neurealm
Princeton, New Jersey, AI-first technology services company
- Company: Princeton, New Jersey, AI-first technology services company
- Why now: Achieved the Select partner tier in the Claude Partner Network, October 6, 2026
Neurealm is the former GS Lab and GAVS, and it works on software engineering, modernization, embedded systems, and silicon. It says its teams already use Claude across more than 15 customers and 30 projects, with more than 500 engineers on Claude work (Neurealm).
Why now
Neurealm runs an internal marketplace of Claude Code plugins, called NeuGAIN Marketplace, and offers the same assets to clients (Neurealm). The Select tier gives buyers in healthcare, technology, and industrial markets a public check on that Claude work.
7. Parallel Loop
Singapore AI operating partner founded in June 2026
- Company: Singapore AI operating partner founded in June 2026
- Why now: Launched with $6.6 million in seed funding, October 14, 2026
Parallel Loop was founded by Prateek Jogani and Yujun Chean and has teams in Singapore, Bengaluru, Bangkok, London, and Dubai. It has 30 people and more than 10 clients, including Licious and Havells in India and Tokio Marine Safety Insurance in Thailand (Parallel Loop).
Why now
Few AI services firms launch with well-known enterprise clients in place. Parallel Loop’s pitch is connecting AI to a company’s own systems and know-how, and its first test is whether it can deliver for more than a handful of clients at once.
8. phData
Minneapolis, Minnesota, data and AI services firm
- Company: Minneapolis, Minnesota, data and AI services firm
- Why now: New funding from Gryphon Investors with Anthropic participating, October 28, 2026
phData builds AI-ready data platforms and Claude-based agents for enterprises, and it is a member of the Claude Partner Network (phData).
Why now
Anthropic investing alongside a private equity owner is unusual for a services firm, and phData says it will add more than 300 data and AI experts (phData). Its argument is that an AI agent only gives correct answers when the data beneath it is right, which suits companies on Snowflake or AWS.
9. RapidCanvas
Austin, Texas, managed AI company founded in 2021
- Company: Austin, Texas, managed AI company founded in 2021
- Why now: Raised a $29 million Series B (October 16) and acquired Entytle (October 28, 2026)
RapidCanvas pairs its own AI platform with field AI engineers who build custom applications and stay accountable for results. The Series B brings its total funding to $52.5 million and follows eightfold growth in annual recurring revenue over six quarters (RapidCanvas).
Why now
Twelve days after the round, RapidCanvas bought Entytle, whose agents help industrial manufacturers find aftermarket revenue (RapidCanvas). The deal gives it a ready-made foothold with manufacturers, and the open question is how quickly it can fold Entytle’s customers onto its platform.
10. Simform
Orlando, Florida, product engineering company
- Company: Orlando, Florida, product engineering company
- Why now: Became a Select partner in the Claude Partner Network Services Track, October 21, 2026
Simform builds AI-driven software, cloud platforms, and data systems. For one education technology client it replaced a brittle transcript extraction pipeline with a Claude-based system that cut manual transcript entry by 99% (Simform).
Why now
Simform qualified for Select on its certified practitioners, production deployments, and public customer evidence (Simform). For buyers who want a large engineering bench, the tier adds a public check on its Claude work.
What to watch next month
- Where Claude partners go next. Anthropic’s Services Track has four tiers: Certified, Select, Preferred, and Global Premier (Neurealm). Several firms on this list reached Select in October, and a move to Preferred would be the next signal.
- How the new money gets spent. AuxoAI, RapidCanvas, and phData all said what their October funding is for: AuxoAI to scale its forward-deployed model, RapidCanvas to scale its platform and field engineers, and phData to add more than 300 data and AI staff. Hiring and new client announcements will show whether that is happening.
- Whether forward-deployed engineering keeps spreading. Caylent’s CEO told CRN that about a third of the company is likely to fit the forward-deployed model within a year (CRN). More firms are pricing and staffing work this way.
